It is truly wonderful and deserves high praise; however, I do have a small issue regarding shipping. I paid $13 for two-day delivery, but unfortunately, that didn't happen—I received it after four days.

I ordered a jersey to wear to a game I’m attending and paid extra for 3-day shipping to make sure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, it’s now will be more than 8 days till the jersey arrived, so I won’t be able to wear it to the game.
When I contacted customer support, I was told they are not responsible once the package leaves their facility. To make matters worse, the tracking showed the shipment going from Michigan to California, even though I live in a state very close to Michigan.
Paying extra for expedited shipping and not receiving the item on time is extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

At checkout, the shipping method selected was USPS Ground Advantage ($5.40), which was less than $1 more than the least expensive shipping option available. While USPS Ground Advantage is often delivered within approximately 3 business days, it does not include a guaranteed delivery date.
It is also important to note that delivery estimates are based on business days. Since Juneteenth was observed as a USPS holiday, that day is not counted as a transit day. According to the tracking information, the package is scheduled for delivery on Monday, June 22, which represents 4 business days in transit rather than the 8 days mentioned in your review.
Regarding the routing of the package, USPS determines the transportation path and processing facilities used during transit. Unfortunately, shipping carriers do not provide merchants with control over these routing decisions.
